Can you guess where this historical location is? (Hint; it was built at the turn of the century-the other one!, many dignataries visited this loation, and we spent the night...)
I have an unfair advantage because I'm local. Here's my criptic answer D.H.M. Fronteer Village was in the neighborhood back in the 1970's. My father use to take us kids down there before the curreny US 101 existed as we know it. We use to drive down the Monterey Highway aka: Blood ally, past the walnut trees. Those were good times.
Yes, you have the home field advantage, Jim. We walked around what used to be Frontier Village, and they have some sign posts/bird houses that synbolize each of the areas. They also have some of the old photos in the museum. As a kid I used to get Frontier and Santa's Village mixed up, as it always seemed to take forever to get anywhere-LOL!
