I just love June. To me it's really summertime when June rolls in. In Branson, White Water opens on Tuesday the 1st and in Springfield, the public pools open on Thursday, June 3. If you like fresh produce the 32nd annual Greater Springfield Farmer's Market is held on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday on the Battlefield Mall Parking lot. And ten miles south in Ozark, the Spring Bull Rides are Friday and Saturday Night.

While most of the area schools got out last week, the Springfield Public Schools are out on Wednesday and the kids will find June with her many area activities waiting on them and ready for fun. But more importantly (as a Realtor) many moms and dads wait until June with school out before looking at property in another achool district. Interest rates are low, inventory is high and prices are depressed. Could there be a better time to buy a house? Yes I like June.

I sure do miss all the mighty fine activitys that go on back home there in the Grand State of Missoura. One thing is for sure, if the fish back home ever seen the ones up here, they sure would laugh out loud at the little size of the ones here.

We have a couple days of school left here in Nevada! It is exciting to see how the kids get so excited during this time of year. Of course, they will be bored in no time wondering what to do with their time. But they are still excited to be out of school!
