Anyone interested in a free website for their area?

I develop domain names, and websites from scratch and take them straight to the top of search engines.  What I would like to do is get more websites out there for my benefit, and in return allow real estate agents to use the websites free of charge, and simply pay a per closing transaction fee.  So if you sell nothing you pay me nothing, if you make a sale from a lead generated through the website I made you, then I would want a 30% referral fee.
