Eric, Yep I have been preparing people for a while. When you look at some isolated area's of Riverside county prices have dropped over 30%. Definately the market is correcting itself. Thanks for the Post....

The numbers aren't pretty, but the postive is that homes are still selling when people price them realistically and people are still buying.

Marlene, On another Blog someone asked "When will this market change ?" and the answer was "When gasoline is $2.50 per gallon" by another blogger. Well at an Arco around the corner from me gas is down to $2.70 So I guess it could happen. Yes if the sellers would just get the message that the market has changed and i they wanted top dollar they should have sold over a year ago ( when they where waiting to see where the market would go ) For now the market is adjusting....
