Puyallup Area Housing Statistics for July of 2007

Puyallup's trend followed along with Pierce County this month. Housing prices continue to rise along with inventory levels. There are 31% more homes on the market now than there were this time last year, but home owners in Puyallup saw on avererage a $10,000 appreciation from last year (About 3.5%).
