California Wholesale Interest Rates for 30 Yr. Fixed - Pricing for June 2.

Pricing for California Wholesale Interest Rates dropped back a bit today, and the "par" or wholesale rate is back to between 4.50% and 4.625%.

This was for the 30 Yr. Fixed for a Conforming Loan for June 2.

The table below is the result of my daily Loansifter search to find the best wholesale interest rates for a typical scenario from my company approved lenders in California. 

Note that pricing can change at anytime throughout the day, and your pricing may be different based upon your particular scenario.

This morning, June 2, 4.50% has a price of 99.75.  The price at 4.625% is 100.250.

I share these wholesale interest rates and prices with my clients upon request to help them make an informed decision of whether or not to refinance, and of course when to lock the rate.
