Market Report Franklin Borough NJ May 2010

During The month of May 2010 there were 5 newly marketed properties in the Borough of Franklin, NJ with an average list price of $198,860.00.

Five properties went under contract with an average asking price of $155,512.00 with an average on days of only 69 days!

Six properties Closed title with an average asking price of $166,866.00 and an average closed price of $163,333.00 and the average days on the market were 90 days!

Good news is that there were only three properties that expired for the month. The reason this is good is that it shows that there is a strong confidence by sellers that their house will sell. Buyers are always looking to move into the area due to its closness of public transportation, highways, and loads of shopping.

Employment is up according to most store owners and the kids are happy for the summertime employment in all the local burger shops etc..
