May 01, 2010 through to May 31, 2010 there were 06 Single Family Homes Sold. The Average Sales Price of $186,942. Average Days on Market (DOM) was 61. During the same time there were 14 New Listings entering the market with the Average Asking Price $172,839. Currently there are 78 homes listed sale for sale and the Average Asking Price $203,412.
