So I Get This Email Today From Realtor.com.....

So I Get This Email Today From Realtor.com and it says:

"Hi Charita!

Just wanted you to know that your recent post about qualifying for a mortgage loan has been republished on REALTOR.com Blogs today."

How cool is that?

The original post was on my In and Around Birmingham Blog and was titled: Don’t Shoot Yourself in the Foot by Disqualifying Yourself for a Mortgage Loan.

I'm having one heck of a week. Yesteday I was interviewed by the New York Times. Hot dang. I was only one of the people they interviewed so we'll have to wait and see if I made the cut.
