The housing market in my opinion is still going strong. It is still a buyer's market with 849 Single Family Residences (SFR) with a median listing price of $849,900 currently active (available) as of 7/31/2007. There were also 68 condos showing active as of the same date with a median listing price of $619,000. In July there were 12 SFR's sold. Two two bedrooms with an average price of $812,000, four three bedrooms with an average price of $1,059,500 and four four bedrooms for an average of $970,000. The average market time for the SFR's was 59.6 days. Also in July two condos sold for an average of $584,500.
