I have 3 buyers that want to buy a property that is bank owned. I have email Chase but have not received an answer. It is not yet listed. This is the beauty of bank owned property. These folks cannot, and never really have, reacted to market conditions. If anybody has any ideas I could use them . Thanks
Charlie..they live in their own little world and move at their own speed...until they are ready and then we have to jump thru hoops... Ain't it GREAT!!!
Charlie, banks have rarely ever responded to the needs of the public. The only time you will see them act quickly is when their own profits are threatened.
It is amazing how out of touch the banks are with the market conditions. I think that disconnect is a very real part of the problem we are in nationwide.
Charlie, from what I've heard from friends about REO the only real solution is to stay on them and make sure your intentions are known. Chase is known for their unresponsiveness so I think you'll just have to keep trying to contract them. Good luck!
With bank owned properties we just need to know that until they price it and list it, we need to be patient. They have their steps to go through and rushing them probably is futile.
Charlie -- I have a name and phone # for a person at
Chase -- have no idea if he could help in anyway -- but if you want to call me, I'll look it up.
