hi Nick,

The prices are excellent in your area...so much value for the money. You do an excellent job of keeping people up to date on what is available and for how much.

You have so many subdivisions down there.  We are set up quite differently up here.  Great posts Nick!

You are the 'go to guy' in the Alabama neighbourhood Nick! Glad to hear that properties are selling within 1% of asking and 77 day average doesn't sound too bad. Good update!

Nick...

I'm curious. Are the better results coming in for AR or is it a WordPress? I gotta know man :)

TLW-I'm embarrassed to say that I know nothing of Wordpress, of course I've heard of it...so it would have to be AR.

The houses aren't grouped together in subdivisions per se.  There are just houses all over the place known by towns.  (Where I am anyway)   :-)

Don't be embarrassed Nick...

I just want to have all the facts. I am pleased that the search results are coming from AR. A Wordpress does help with Google spiders. The fact that the spiders are crawling you on AR is damn impressive :)

Debra-it's a little strange here in terms of subdivisions.  A builder will buy a tract of land with one street, put up houses and call it a subdivision.  Another builder will buy an adjacent tract of land, build and call it a subdivision...we have more "one street" subdivisions than you can imagine.  No one here can hope to remember them all.

TLW-I'm starting to do a little research into Wordpress to see exactly what it can do for me.  Of course we all need to stay on top of the "tools of the trade", but it can all be overwhelming the amount information that's out there.

I'll certainly do what ever I can to get noticed.  Naturally I'll listen to other AR members for their input...I've learned so much here already because of willingness and generosity of others.
