 The Canyons

The Canyons in Summerlin Las Vegas is a 754 acre high end residential village including a multitude of different homes which include Summerlin single family homes, Summerlin multi-family homes, Summerlin real estate custom homes and Summerlin condos and townhomes. The Summerlin Tournament Players Club is centered and the Canyons at Summerlin Las Vegas. This Summerlin Nevada golf course which is a Summerlin TPC golf course is nestled among the rugged desert mountains with panoramic view of the city. JW Marriott Las Vegas, a world class resort is also located in the Summerlin Canyons with 40,000 sq. ft. of Spa space called the Aquae Sulis Spa with several outstanding restaurants. There is a Class A business center called Canyons Center and is over 207,000 sq. ft. Covington Cross Center is a retail and commercial center featuring all the top restaurants, car wash and service station.

 

 The Mesa

The Mesa is a 497 acre residential village located on the southern border of Summerlin Nevada with rolling hills and nestled next to the Spring Mountains. The core of the village will be made up of a 18 acre elementary school with a 20 acre community park. The new Bishop Gorman High School will also be found in The Mesa. the Mesa is a desert master planned community with neighborhoods blending together with nature and an environmental life only in Summerlin Las Vegas. 

 

The Paseos

The Paseos is 1375 acre residential village located west of the I-215 beltway. The Summerlin Village will have both single family and multi family homes along with an elementary school and worship site. The Paseos draws its architechial  feel from the Hacienda and Mission styles through the use of portals, arches, arcades and outdoor living spaces such as miradors, loggias, courtyards and front porches. This village with Hacienda and Mission architecture blend with the beautiful surroundings of Summerlin. 

 

 

 

The Ridges

 

 The Ridges is a guard gated community in one of the most exclusive golf meccas in the southwest nestled next to the Red Rock canyon National Conservation Area. You will notice panoramic views of mountains and the valley with city views. The ridges offers custom and luxury homes with an exclusivity not found in other Las Vegas communities. The Ridges is located above the rest of the valley at 3,200 feet. The Jack Nicklaus Bears Best Las Vegas desert themed golf course with stunning panoramic vistas and beautiful living environments surrounded by majestic desert settings.

 

 

 

Summerlin Centre

Summerlin Centre will incorporate over 1,300 acres to a Urban town center that will be pedestrian friendly. It will have residential, retail, commercial, entertainment, recreational, cultural and resort. The Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa is located in Summerlin Centre with over 850 rooms with 9 restaurants and a 87,000 sq. ft. casino. Also in Summerlin Centre are The Shoppes at Summerlin and Summerlin Centre Community park which is over 20.4 acres this park features two full size soccer fields, a practice soccer field, picnic area, walking trails and a children's play area.

 

 

 

 The Vistas

The Vistas is the first Village within Summerlin's western region west of I-215. The 815 acre village is designed as a mix-use residential village. The Vistas offers 28 neighborhoods grouped around a central loop road plus bordered by a wide parkway with walk-ways and seating areas. Along Mt. Charleston in the Vistas will be the Vista Commons retail center is under construction and will be located in the southern part of the village. The Vistas has a 25 acre park which will feature Summerlin first football field.

I am looking for a home in the Summerlin area, preferable around Charleston, Town Center Drive or the surroundings area's. I peaked at a bank owed and wanted to put an offer but offers had already been submitted to the bank. This particular one was 2 yrs old and 1800 sq ft being offered at 325K. So I am sure it went for 275 or so as it was on the market a while. I am actually looking at 300k or less. I know there are alot of forclosure's available which is what I am hoping for.

Bank owned is one way to attack the market......but most customers are left wondering if they recieved a deal or not........I have found properties that are not banked owned at better prices.......do not think for a second the banks are giving deals out there.....please call me so we can discuss the best opportunities for you......I have lived in Summerlin for 13 years.......
