Chris...what a clever way to get folks to your info.  Went across to the Oil report for Bonita Beach; may that good news continue. That photo makes me excited about our moving plans to FL. Don't know where Bonita Beach is on the FL map, but suspect it is the Gulf side; We are planning on the East side--as Naples is OUT--yo have snakes, BIG snakes there.
also went to the Fridge Club link--what a mess,hope that you did not stand too long or too close to the mold factory or science lab. Those fumes could be dangerous to humans.  Am certain that a new fridge was the final call; we had that situation with a relative's house Sal was selling. WOW ! the Blackness!  He bought new & we sprayed Lysol numerous times just so that the trash would allow it out on the curb.
