Columbus Ohio's Best Home Inspector / Blogger?

David Tamny of Professional Property Inspections Best? Well David Tamny just may be Columbus Ohio's only real home inspector / blogger. Not taking anything away from those Central Ohio home inspectors who blog on the ActiveRain Real Estate Network, but David wrote his first guest blog on ColumbusBestBlog.com recently AND he has his very own blog on his website.

Maybe other Central Ohio property inspectors have blogs and I just don't know about them.

Visit the Defect Blog on David Tamny's Worry Free Inspections Website. It's a blog with scary pictures. Pictures like mold, a picture of a hole in a furnace for carbon monoxide to leak into a home, a picture of termites and a picture of enough clutter to strike fear in any Realtor® or stagers heart.

For the first guest blogger on my other blog, ColumbusBestBlog I wanted a home inspector. I hope David will continue to post home inspection entries for ColumbusBestBlog for a long time to come. I am thrilled with his first entry:

Thanks for the info...hopefully I'll be able to review his blog in the near future. I always look at the material inspectors write about.

His blog is very simple and straight to the point. Photos and a small amount of text about some defects he's run into. There are not Permalinks to the entries on the Defect Blog unfortunately and it does not look like it allows comments. Or maybe comments are turned off.

The entry he wrote on my blog as MY FIRST EVER GUEST BLOGGER is longer. Thanks for the comment Neal. Can you tell I am excited about having a guest blogger?

Joanne, There's nothing original about it. Maureen Francis, Teresa Boardman and others have been using guest bloggers for a long time. Everyone seems to do finance first, I would love to find a local lender guest blogger from what I can tell no one is blogging, not even really on AR locally. I enjoy reading about home inspection more than financing personally so I posted a help wanted sign months ago.
