Slowly but surely the Luxury Homes market is picking up in Palm Beach, while Palm Beach real estate is slow people are still moving. I know the people her in Palm Beach have money, however, they got their money by being smart and getting good deals. We have a beautiful Oceanfront condo on Palm Beach for sale for $1.4M. Specializing in Palm Beach Real Estate and working with the high end buyers can be just as difficult as any other buyer, sometimes they can be more demanding. People know what they want and sometimes they want a lot.
