All you will need to do is provide the following to us:

• Email your new listing after it is active in the MLS
• I will need to teach you how to write your description in the MLS, because we will be coping and pasting into the website so for optimal performance it needs to be done correctly.
• When you change the status on a property I will need you to email me the change so we can make the appropriate changes within the website, and write new Blog Pages for it.
• I will teach you how to write Blogs, so you too can get the properties maximized with exposure, these will be done via a Webinar (which is an online meeting) so to not interrupt what is important SELLING HOMES!  By doubling our efforts we are sure to win!
