I get a lot of calls on my townhome listing at 2220 E. Chapman Avenue, #28, in Fullerton.
Most of the calls are from prospective Renters. (Attention Investors: Please read that line again!) Most of the calls are coming from prospective renters. This would make a great investment property for someone.
Many of the calls are about the size of the garage and the size of the yard. You can see from the pictures how big the yard is, but I got a great chance to show how big the garage is when the neighboring unit opened their garage.
Big enough for two Cadillac Escalade SUV's, that's how big!
