How Much Room In That Fullerton Garage?

I get a lot of calls on my townhome listing at 2220 E. Chapman Avenue, #28, in Fullerton.

Most of the calls are from prospective Renters.  (Attention Investors: Please read that line again!)  Most of the calls are coming from prospective renters.  This would make a great investment property for someone.

Valet Real Estate Services

Many of the calls are about the size of the garage and the size of the yard.  You can see from the pictures how big the yard is, but I got a great chance to show how big the garage is when the neighboring unit opened their garage.

Big enough for two Cadillac Escalade SUV's, that's how big!

It's always funny when renters call on homes for sale but what is crazy is I guess if they fish long enough they will find one to rent...

Just had that situation on a home I sold.  The seller rented it back for one month and from some remnants I got a rental phone call and got the home rented out again!

I have to forgive them a little Renee; I thought it was a waste of space to put For Sale on my signs.  I don't regret that decision, but it does result in a lot of rental calls. 

I certainly wish some investor would snatch this up.  What I really wish is that investor was me!
