Walden on Lake Houston is hosting an Australian Wine Dinner on Friday, June 11th from 6PM to 8PM in the main dining room for its members! 
This should prove to be an incredible evening. The dinner is $50 per person with the wine, if you'd like just the dinner, the cost is $30 per person. Look at what is planned for the menu.
- 1st Course - Yabby (crawfish tail) tomato concasse & avocado stack with a lemon caper aioli. Wine - Hope Verdelho
- 2nd Course - Lamb Carpaccio with shaved asiago cheese & a black olive truffle vinaigrette. Wine - Hope Chardonnay
- Intermezzo - Kiwi Granita
- Entree Course - Seared Airline Chicken Breast with balsamic braised roma tomatoes & rosemary, proscuitto infused white beans -or - Mesquite Grilled Beef Tenderloin topped with creamy leeks & button mushrooms. Wine - Hope Merlot
- Dessert - Chocolate, Strawberry dream cake with passion fruit coulis. Wine - Hope Shiraz "The Ripper"
