Ron:  These homes that are pictured here are simply delightful.  Smaller, great settings and more.  So, just what DO you call "moderately priced ?"

Many of the homes are priced between $150K to $275K.  If you go 4 miles east to the region of White Marsh and Perry Hall, the prices are about $100K higher.

The Waterfront homes range from $450K to $950K, although a waterfront lot may be around $100K to $200K

The water front is a very good value in Chase.  The view across the river is nice because it is not developed.
