There are more and more listings every day, to look for open houses in your target neighborhood check them out on  http://www.advancerealtyaa.com/openhouse The Anne Arundel County real estate market remains strong is seeing an increase in the number of homes going under contract and sold.  Additionally, the numnber of days on the market is getting shorter.  Interest rates are still low, however, there are rumors that the rates will be going up in the new year to around an average of 6%.  The number of new listings has stabilized and the number of sales are staying strong as we approach the summer.  We are also seeing a strong number of showings and a good increase in the number of homes going under contract and settling.  Overall, there has never been a better time to buy, than right now.  Even though the tax credit time is over for most buyers, there is still time for some qualifying military buyers.  There are also some great home buyer assistance programs for first time home buyers.
