This is my first post specifically to the photographer group. I wanted to share this picture I took last summer in Alaska. It was my first expedition of the season, I had camped directly on a ridge about 6ooo' and facing the Alaska Range. Mt. McKinley occasionally peered out of his shrouded throne as if to check on his outstretched dominion.
The weather held good all night and when I woke my tent was surrounded by six Dall Sheep. These magnificent creatures peacefully returned the giant mountains gaze and seemed completely ambivalent to my company. They glowed .
