Loveland, Colorado New Homes this past week
There were 32 new listings in Loveland this past week. Prices range from $146,900 to $899,000. That house had once sold for $1,050,000 and then another time at $549,000. I bet it has a story to tell!
By the way, rates are amazing! Still hanging at under 5%. If you want a place to buy to live, this is the time to do it. I think my first mortgage was at 7 or 9% and I felt lucky!
