Steeple Run: A Naperville Pool Neighborhood

This post in my series of Naperville Pool Neighborhoods features Steeple Run;   Steeple Run is a subdivision that is nestled in Naperville's northeast side. Established in the early 70s, Steeple Run is a smaller subdivision with approximately 427 custom homes. Steeple Run is a family-oriented neighborhood that focuses on friendships and community.

Steeple Run is a popular neighborhood because of it's location and amenities. The amenities include swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis courts and a pond for fishing. Along with the 75ft X 30ft swimming pool, there is also a Kiddie Pool, locker rooms with showers and concession stand. Swimming lessons are offered for a small fee.

Steeple Run is conveniently located off of Maple Ave. and Naper Blvd. Minutes to I88 ramp, highway 355, and Downtown Naperville.

Steeple Run attracts home-buyers that are looking for an established smaller, quieter neighborhood. Homes in Steeple Run offer a variety of style and size. The homes are three bedrooms to four bedrooms with approximately 1650-2400 square feet of living space. Homes currently on the market in Steeple Run range from $250,000 - $369,000.

Schools for the Steeple Run neighborhood are:

Steeple Run Elementary School

Jefferson Junior High School

Naperville North High School

Maria:  I'm glad that you've continued this series.  I especially like that this pool has a designated area for the real little ones and offers lessons.  I read just last week that doctors are now urging all parents to get their toddlers swimming lessons for safety reasons.  You are helping spread the word about their availability ... and that's very beneficial.
