Hidden Valley

I spent a couple of hours driving around Hidden Valley which is West and South of the Town of Maricopa. I have a lot of property listed out there and I also live in the neighborhood. Anyway, the reason for this messasge is to make anyone that is interested in that area that there is a new electrical substation under construction off of Fulcar Rd. It is pretty amazing to look at an area one day that is raw desert and then a couple of months later go back and find heavy equipment and a lot of trucks running around.. It should be good for the area and hopefully make power available to more property in the area
