Great shot at the top, how did you manage to keep Dan from steeling this one ......... LOL

Sandra--Looks like things are still selling in all price ranges in Guilford. Love that photo at the top of the post!

George - Thank you - I took another photo that Dan really wanted to use, so I told him hands off this one...LOL

Teri - Home sales in Guilford are still steady....Photo was taken at the Guilford Town Docks, where Dan and I spent the afternoon, acouple of nice restaurants there.
