Since Woodland Cove is a gated community, most area residents have probably never visited unless they personally know someone who lives here. It's well worth the visit if you have the chance. The homeowners pay about $75/mo for HOA dues to maintain this spectacular area, and the pride of ownership is overwhelmingly evident. Currently listed at $1.4 million, this particular home allows for a unique opportunity to own luxury real estate in a landmark community and still have waterfront access at a non-waterfront price.
