Village Walk of Wellington is a Divosta built this community of 954 homes all on lakes and on culdesacs. All the homes were built from 2001 to 2006. There are single family residences and villas. I was just showing homes in Village Walk this past weekend. It was so serene and peaceful as I drove around the neighborhoods. All the homes are tucked away in like little island type areas. I drove by a beautiful nature lake preserve that is set aside for wildlife native to Florida. 

As I spoke to each of the homeowners of the homes that I was viewing I asked them what they loved about their community. Not one of the owners wanted to sell or leave. Circumstances in their lives prevented them from remaining in Village Walk. I was amazed at all the amenities they enjoy in this lovely community.

I saw people of all ages walking their dogs and dads practicing baseball in the vast open green spaces with their sons. There were young fishermen taking to the lakes in little electric powered boats just enjoying life! 

As you are ushered into the gates of Village Walk through  the security you are welcomed by a splendid Town Center. You never have to leave this town! It includes a complete Post Office, Bank, Italian Deli with great tasting foods, a Fitness Center, a Gas Station! Imagine having your own community gas station. When Hurricane Wilma came through no one could find gas for their cars and generators yet Village Walk residents all had gas! Now that is worth living here for!  You will also love the pools. There is one lap pool and a regular pool. Then there is a Beauty Salon, Nail Salon, a little food mart, a library and Har-Tru (r) tennis courts.

You can walk to the town center from any of the homes over these cute little bridges that are very pleasing to look at. I was just standing there enjoying the view as I took these pictures.

The Wellington Green Mall is just a couple minutes away when you need to go 'big' shopping. Village Walk is conveniently located close to schools, the Florida Turnpike and hospitals.
