If you've always wanted a Super Bowl ring, here's your change! Today Drew Brees announced in a team visit to the impacted Gulf area that they will donate one Super Bowl ring to a raffle. Watch this video from New Orleans WWLTv. The team toured Fort Jackson, where animals covered in the weathered crude are being cleaned and nursed back to health. They also held a brief ceremony where team owner Tom Benson, his granddaughter Rita Benson-LeBlanc, Head Coach Sean Payton, quarterback Drew Brees and running back Reggie Bush spoke.
It was Brees, however, who delivered the news.
