Ashley - how was your open house?  Ours was a phenomenal success.  We ended up with a dozen or so open houses in one community and had close to (or more than) 100 people come through.  One of the couples I met were not too excited about the community so I took them out on Sunday to Indian Rocks, another community nearby.  

I love this job - it's so much fun and never a dull moment.  Did you get a lot of traffic?

Karen I had another agent hold it open for me and she hasn't given me a solid number. It sounds like only two groups showed up. 100 people is amazing! The most I have ever had was 45 groups. That could have been more like 65+ people though. It was like a party the neighbors stayed awhile and lingered and chatted with each other. It was a great one. Are you doing another one soon?
