William, John Q Public is not impressed with flash then want simple substance. I modeled this post after a couple I had seen by real pros here on the rain.

Bob back in January there could have been better meaning to the handshake had I realized who you and Sheldon were. Thanks for the thought at least.

17 Homes under contract with only 56 actives sounds like only a bit more than three months of supply.  Only 3 homes under contract in the month of May?  Is there a big lag due to short sale processing?

Hi Donna, thaks for stoping and for the recognition. This is a small town so there is not a lot of activity to report. Onlu two condo complexes and they're for 55+ and very little activity within that as well

Hi Jeff: We are a small town, and the size of the homes in town are not really the type a first timer would buy. Thehomes under contract are still the tax credit incentive buyers and on May 1, the market slowed considerably. Thanks for stopping
