Summer is here and Maui is warm, vibrant and gorgeous. I’ve recently been enjoying myself at the beach and with friends. Aloha

Now for the news: The following properties have been foreclosed upon by their respective lien holders.

  1. 6 Haku Hale Place Lahaina HI 96761 Mahinahina subdivisions was foreclosed upon for the sum of $626,950.15
  2. 296 Kahana Ridge Drive Lahaina HI 96761 Kahana Ridge was foreclosed upon for the sum of $652,000.00
  3. 1032 South Kihei road unit A 217 Kihei HI 96753 Maui Sunset was foreclosed upon for the sum of $309496.00 this was a deal.
  4. 2619 south Kihei road unit #A 312 Kihei, HI 96753 Haleakala Shores was foreclosed upon for the sum of $449,844.43
  5. 3470 Lower Honoapiilani road Lahaina HI 96761 unit G 205 was foreclosed upon for the sum of $246,516.49
