As many of my clients and readers know, I love new construction!

We just finished another new construction in Charlottesville and my clients are very excited to move in.

If you watch my blog(s) you know that I do a lot of new constuction in our area. This is the same home that I recently showed while under construction (see next photo).

It is exciting to see a home built from a lot all the way to completion!

Charles * second photo is your "Captain Morgan" stance!!!  Often new construction is less expensive and has greater instant equity than already built properties.
