Lois, Ive been selling for 18 years, and my best long term is creating post cards of every property I list and or sold and blanket the area, Its affordable people tend to hang on to pictures and we always make the postcard with a picture of the subject property and me. It works 2 fold and being in an area of second homes. It keeps us in their mind, and often on their fridge.
