99 Comments on Ten Best Buyer Behavior Practices
Jennifer ~ You are 100% correct.. it does work perfectly when they understand.
June ~ Thank you. I think we as agents are a guide for how the transaction goes by our conversation with them. When we tell them they cannot get excited and fall in love with a house till the inspection is done. the appraisal is completed and all contingencies removed.. it helps bring the transaction around to the "business" of buying a house. Just my thoughts :)
Nathan ~ It seems like all buyers start out with just wanting to look... it is then up to the agent to help them make a "business" plan with that process.
Sharon~ Thank you and I hope it helps with the message of the how the transaction works.
Thank you again to everyone as I think I have a couple more posts coming out of the comments AND an idea for a live webinar. Comments are the best part of a post.. again, my sincere gratitude for you taking the time to share your thoughts!
