New listings and price reductions include properties in Palm Harbor, Tidelands, Saltwater Canals, This Palm Coast Real Estate market report includes 11 new listings, 14 price reductions, and 2 just solds, 3 Properties that were pending and under contract and fell through came back on the market for sale.
The Palm Coast Properties that Caught My Eye Today
What jumped out at me today were a couple of Palm Coast properties that were just listed for sale…not because they were great deals, but because they are wildly over priced in my opinion. To avoid getting myself into trouble…I’m going to bite my tongue and let you look through today’s listings and price reductions and see if you can figure out which properties I am speaking of…could be a fun game…if you are at all in touch with the current Palm Coast Real Estate Market, you should be able to pick them out immediately 
I will never understand why agents take over priced listings…lots of wasted time and frustration for both the home owner and the listing agent.
