Wedgewood Estates is a desirable neighborhood located off of Parkerville Road in Southborough.  It is made up of the streets Southwood Drive, Beechwood Lane, Candlewood Lane and Wildwood Drive.  

This neighborhood is ultra-convenient with easy access to all major routes including Route 495 and the Mass Pike.  For commuters who take the train, the MBTA station is less than a half mile away. 

The homes in Wedgewood Estates were built from 1997 to 1998 and are mostly contemporary colonials as well as some cape styled homes.  They are 2500 to over 3500 square feet in size and sit on lots that are a generous half acre.

The town of Southborough was recently named Number 31 in the nation on CNN Money's 100 Best Places to Live in 2009, and second in the nation for towns in which income was over $100,000. 

Southborough's public school system is highly ranked and the town is home to the prestigious St. Mark's School and Fay School.
