Take a look at the median price today versus 2 years ago for both Condos and single family homes. Notice the gap between the condo median price has been much closer than single family homes. Just recently the single family home median price has started to get closer to what it was 2 years ago.

In the past couple of weeks the real estate market in Corona Del Mar has slowed down a bit. Notice the price range that has been very positive is in the upper part of the market.

While prices have been basically flat in most price ranges,  the price per square foot has been heading downward. What this means is that larger homes are coming more available and buyers are tending to get more home for their money. This is great news!
