Ok, I've heard enough from the media, Realtors, lenders, escrow, title, etc., etc.  The market is what it is.  And we have a choice, or at least I do. The choice is a great attitude!!  I figure we all have a choice.  We can complain and mope about the market.  Or, we can enjoy the fact that, even though every other person we meet has a real estate license, half of them are looking for other jobs right now.  There are buyers out there and homes are being sold.  More and more buyers are figuring out that prices have fallen quite a bit yet interest rates are still low.  Now is the time to buy, and I, for one, am anxious to be there to help when the dam breaks and buyers are frantic to buy before it is too late. 

THAT WILL HAPPEN!!!!

Don't get me wrong.  I know the facts of the market but being negative won't change it.  I am determined to stay positive because I firmly believe a positive attitude is a great way to make it through the day, week, month.  I love this business and I love a challenge.  As a result of this market, all of us real estete professionals will be much better at what we do when  the market turns around again......AND IT WILL!
