The Perfect Exercises for us Active Rainers

Before we bankrupt the medical insurance companies with all the ailments we have gotten or will get as a result of countless hours of sitting in front of a computer, watch the video and follow the instructions closely

I only just got it and haven't watched it all the way through, but I intend to do these exercises at least once a day. 

Maybe we can avoid carpal tunnel or the Quasimodo effect.
