This morning my wife and I are getting ready to go to my son's graduation! It will be a lot of fun.

I have a home inspection (which I always attend with my clients) and have some Charlottesville homes to make appointments to see for Saturday.

I stopped by our new listing a horse farm near NGIC and DIA and this little guy (see photo) came to the fence and seemed to have something to say. I think he was saying "Come see this fine property, I love it and you will too"!!!

Awww...I have such a soft spot for horses, and all animals as you know....some day perhaps!  Love it!  I think he/she wants a carrot!

Charles:  Beautiful horse.  Like you, I always attend my client's home inspections too.  I think it's very important to be present for those.  Don't understand agents who don't show for them.
