I hope this is as good as it sounds. I'm absolutely overwhelmed by Top Producer. It's totally confusing and hard to get into.

We hope you indeed download the trial version and take it for a spin. Many of our customers indeed find our software an easier to use alternative to Top Producer - we've developed it as such, so I'd be interested to hear your point of view.

Thanks for your interest in our software. We are not interested in being included in your review matrix. We question the objectivity of an all-inclusive comparison such as yours, when our software is designed for a niche market of individual agents with specific needs. We don't seek to compete with enterprise software such as Top Producer, and we simply do not have the time to devote to a 3 hour interview with uncertain return. The fact that our software doesn't have 'Feature X' or 'Feature Y' is of little concern to the thousands of users that use our software precisely because it doesn't have the feature bloat common to many real estate CRM applications.

We also object to being included in a review for which you charge a fee for your users to read - our opinion is that the goal of your matrix is to be as complete as possible, covering all products, in order to be able to more effectively sell it. However, we don't feel being 'complete' necessarily means being accurate, or without bias, intentional or not.

Unforunately you are making a number of incorrect assumptions. First - You are not the only CRM on the Matrix that caters to a niche market. Many of the products on it do just that. Second - It IS objective according to 31 of your peers, as they themselves are the ones responsible for determining the features listed, and updating their product's information. Third - It also seeks to help people who are NOT looking for feature bloat, find a product that suits their needs, as do I on a daily basis. Not everyone is looking for a Top Producer. I sell many different other niche products on a daily basis.

I will be more than happy to give you free access to see for yourself!

On May 14th of 2007, you e-mailed me to discuss including my Tran-Plans in your product. I somehow lost contact with you about that and do apologize. I was hoping we could work together to open discussions on that, the Matrix and affiliation to resell your product. We can discuss the Tran-Plans too. Everyone else very much enjoys all the free publicity and additional sales they would not otherwise realize. I hope you will reconsider.
