How to find the greatest subdivision in Boise Idaho

What makes a subdivision great?

You are trying to find a place to call home and there are so many choices and really most of them are the same so how do you decide which one?

Life is about people. A home is a box with walls and while you have to have a home you enjoy, when you talk about the past what makes a home great is great neighbors! Before you select a neighborhood here are some tips-

1. Make sure there are not too many homes for sale. Make sure everyone that lives there wants to live.
2. Now that it is warm ask your realtor to get you a day pass to the community pool and go meet some of the people.
3. Go Garage sale shopping in a neighborhood on a Saturday morning and meet some people.
4. Just walk one around the street and say hello. Are they friendly?
