I have two waterfront listings on Big Lake but better yet I own a place there and get to enjoy some of the best waterfront living anywhere!
Living on Big Lake is an amazing blessing! Yesterday I woke up at 7am and a deer was staring at me 10 feet from my front window. I If you've never driven beautiful Highway 9 north of Seattle to the little community of Big Lake you are missing a real treat! The lake is fantastic for water sports, the views are amazing and the wildlife is extraorndinary.
There is a nice assortment of waterfront properties available right now at very reasonable prices! You'll pay three to four times as much to have your wiaterfront home on Lake Samm or Lake Wash.....this is a nice one hour drive from my place in Edmonds.....and then I'm fishing, wakeboarding, jet skiing, or just having a delightful "Chardonnay Cruise" at sunset!
You'll love it as much as I do....promise!

Hi Tom! I too live out at Big Lake and have lived out here almost my entire life. It is truly an amazing place to live and I feel blessed to be constantly surrounded by such beauty. And yes those evening "Chardonnay Cruises" are definitely a bonus!
