Jake and Julia have been married for seven years, and Julia's biological clock is suddenly ringing the alarm bells at full volume. Jake can't quite hear it. The play opens with a celebration for one of the couple's close friends, and ends just over a year later as the ramifications of the choices made are exposed for the audience to consider, examine, and experience.
