As for the grounds, it includes the maintenance of the lawn; which is pest-control, mowing, trimming, removal of yard waste, and maintaining the irrigation system. The cost for the water usage of the irrigation system is paid for thru the association. The association is also responsible for maintaining the insurances for the buildings.
