Welcome to South Peak Resort located at the base of Loon Mountain Ski Resort in Lincoln New Hampshire. South Peak is a private resort community nestled in the beautiful White Mountains of New Hampshire.
There is so much happening here at South Peak. This growing development community offers single family, Town Houses, Condominiums and land for sale offering new construction. The winter season brings new excitement of it own. Wonderful cross-country trails weave through the community when snow covers the ground. The South Mountain slopes of Loon feature beginner slopes up to and including double black diamond trails. South Peak owners have a private warming hut at the Pemi base camp, near the high-speed quad and all trails lead back to your door. Construction of a private ski lift just for the South Peak community will begin this fall making it even easier to enjoy the slopes right from your home.
This classic small New England Ski and recreation village was settled about 1782 and is adjacent to Woodstock New Hampshire and the Kancamagus Scenic Highway. Lincoln New Hampshire is the second largest town in the state, but boast 95% of its land as being in the White Mountain National Forest preserve.
