Colorado Springs Academy School District 20 Home Sale Statistics. There were 147 homes sold in Academy School District 20 in May, this is an increase of 12% over April and 18% over May of 2009. There was a slight dip in both average and median sales price over April but the average days on market improved. Number of distressed properties sold increased to 25, and represents 17% of the market. The bulk of the homes sold are in the price range of $200,000 to $400,000 representing 63% of the homes sold. 22% of the homes sold were below $200,000 and the remaining 15% was above $400,000. This lower price range is more than likely due to the residual first time home buyer tax credit program that ends this month.
