Here’s what this information tells us about current market conditions in South Lake Tahoe, CA: (with  436 sales, please refer here for more sales data.)

• The Median Sold Price for homes sold in 2009 was $305,000.
• It was the same number a month ago, $306,250 two months ago, and $310,000 three months before that.
• 39.9% of all 2009 sales were either bank owned properties or short sales (It was 40.3% two months ago, and 38.5% three months ago.)
• The Average Original List Price was $426,929
• The Average Sold Price is $361,893.
• The difference between Average Original List Price and Median Sold Price is $65,036, or 15.2%.

• The average size is 1,767 sq. ft.
