Do you shop at one of the large supermarkets, clubs, chain stores or you local grocery store?  Do you buy fuel for your vehicle?  Do you go to the movie theatre or out to eat?  If so how many potential clients do you meet in a day?  If you have not approached them about the industry you're in, and asked if they knew of someone who might be interested in buying or selling a home then you're doing yourself an injustice.  Now how many potential clients do you meet in a day?  It's your decision and if you don't someone else will...  It's a great day to buy or sell a home.

This is so very true James! I have met numerous clients this way; just beingout and about within my community and being friendly and talking to people. I have an old Realtor friend who plays on multiple slowpitch softball teams in the spring and basketball teams at the gym during the winter time - he generates with tons of clients this way.

I was pumping gas last Thanksgiving and I had my logo and contact info on my car.  A buyer came up to me and started to ask about real estate and that he was looking to buy. Perfect timing.
